TERMS OF SERVICE

I/We hereby provide my/our explicit consent to Grow Yug Capital (“Company”) to initiate and undertake the Online KYC process and fetch my/our KYC details from KRA, e-Aadhaar and other authorized digital sources for the purpose of account opening, onboarding, advisory services and regulatory compliance.

The Client shall immediately notify the Company in writing via email if the Client becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of the Client’s login credentials, security codes, or account information; or any failure by the Client to receive confirmation of any transaction, communication, or advisory interaction; or any receipt of communication or confirmation which the Client did not initiate; or any inaccurate information in the Client’s account or records. Upon such notification, the Company may suspend access to the Client’s account; however, the Client shall remain responsible for all actions carried out using their credentials. Under such circumstances, the Company and its directors, employees, agents or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such events.

Protection

The Company may provide secure access mechanisms including usernames, passwords, and/or OTP-based authentication for accessing services. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of such credentials. The system may require periodic password updates to enhance security. Users are advised to log out securely after each session and avoid sharing login details with any third party.

Internet Security and Monitoring

The platform may use security systems including intrusion detection, monitoring tools, and risk management protocols to identify and prevent unauthorized access or malicious activity. In case of any suspected threat, the system may terminate sessions, log activity, and take preventive action without prior notice.

Identity Protection

Users are advised not to share personal, financial, or account-related information via email, phone calls, SMS, or unauthorized websites claiming to represent the Company. Always verify the authenticity of communications and ensure that the website URL is correct before providing any information. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss arising due to phishing, fraud, or user negligence.

Third-Party Services

The Company may facilitate access to third-party financial products, platforms, or real estate opportunities. The Company does not guarantee performance, accuracy, or returns from such third-party offerings. Any engagement with third parties is at the Client’s own risk.

Surveillance and Risk Monitoring

The Company maintains internal monitoring and risk management systems to oversee client interactions, advisory processes, and operational activities. This may include monitoring of transactions, communications, and usage patterns for compliance and security purposes.
